Each piece is made with care and attention, and many of our items are made-to-order.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color, or change of mind.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@feemuse.co
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.
Shipping fees for defective or incorrect items will be covered by us.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase.
After this period, production and shipment begin, and cancellations can no longer be processed.
Final Sale Items
All international orders and made-to-order pieces are considered Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or incorrect.
